About Mollie Huppert

Mollie combines more than 20 years of in-depth knowledge of our region with honesty, dedication, and a relentless work ethic to help clients achieve their real estate hopes and dreams. Serving the greater Seattle area and beyond, Mollie works across a broad range of property types from luxury homes to condominiums, investment properties, and vacation homes.

 

As co-investor and co-collaborator with her husband, Mollie has built, remodeled, and re-imagined several homes, managed rental properties, and developed condominium projects on both sides of the Cascades. This first-hand experience provides Mollie with unique perspectives and insights to better serve clients at all stages of their real estate journeys.

 

Before becoming a Broker, Mollie served the business community as a management consulting leader, helping executives across a wide array of industries define and achieve their business and technology objectives. Drawing on this experience, Mollie deploys active listening, a win-win negotiation approach, and big-picture thinking to create a solid foundation for collaboration and success.

 

A big believer in the power of education to change lives, she supports and regularly volunteers with community and education-focused non-profits. She also supports the work of the Windermere Foundation – which is committed to helping low-income and homeless families throughout our region – by donating a portion of her commission from every transaction, including yours!

 

Having previously called places as far-flung as Paris, Santiago, and Panama home, she is currently happily settled in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighborhood with her husband, teenage daughter, and loyal Labradoodle, Rosie. In her free time, Mollie enjoys anything involving the great outdoors, international travel, and curling up with a delightful book.
