Washington State Programs

The WSHFC also administers the EnergySpark Program, which provides support for buyers who buy an energy efficient home or make upgrades to increase energy efficiency.

Seattle partners with non-profits and lenders to provide home ownership opportunities in the City of Seattle. The Office of Housing provides down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers at or below 80% of area median income through partnerships with local nonprofits and lending institutions.
